Walking Therapy

Time To Breathe.

Some clients may find it helpful to have their sessions on the move. As part of the therapy I am happy to walk alongside my clients, as I believe that for the healing process to really work we need to address mind, body, and spirit. Walking in the beautiful countryside can often facilitate a more healing experience. Therapy can be tailored made to your individual needs, and as a person centred therapist I am happy for it to be client led. If this is something you would be interested in please be aware that it will be dependent on the weather and you will need suitable clothing and footwear.
